Pilates has always been in my life, something I would always go to when I needed to move more mindfully and with more intention. When I started suffering from severe lower back pain, I paused going heavy on HIIT, kickboxing, spinning and focused solely on Pilates. The benefits, tone and strength I gained from it was immeasurable.I love how it looked easier than it was!
I completed a 500+ hours comprehensive training program in all Pilates apparatus by 2020(after having practiced it for over 10 years), changed career paths and now get to teach different bodies and people in their health and fitness journeys.
I wanted to create a space where I could mesh my love of all things movement under one method. Where anyone- regardless of their ability - could come and feel challenged, have fun and get sweaty! Programming mixed apparatus DYNAMIC classes with other low-impact movements that are challenging,FUN and targeted helps you with your fitness goals and guarantees you results -mental and physical.
