Through precise exercises and concentrated movements, I will help you focus on your form, making you more body aware, resulting in more impactful movements and in turn getting those results you want. 

My ultimate goal is to leave you feeling stronger, in body and mind, and happier in your skin. You will start to see tone, your posture will change, your core will be strengthened and your muscles will start to be more defined. With thepilatesproject by Didi, I will help you build a meaningful relationship with exercise and get you feeling more balanced and connected with your body. Warning: Working gentler doesn’t mean it will be easier!
